Jamie Odom dreamed of a vibrant, colorful headquarters that reflected her bold brand identity. Grand Construction helped transform that vision into reality, creating HQOS—a space that feels like a “beautiful, colorful palace” while balancing functional offices and warehouse space to house inventory.

From Engineer to Fashion Visionary
Jaime Glas Odom grew up loving color, frills, and sparkle, even sewing her own prom dress and then designing fire-retardant coveralls fit for women. Though she originally followed a career in engineering, she couldn’t ignore her creative spark, and eventually launched her fashion brand Queen of Sparkles—creating everyday embellished pieces with bold flair. Today, Jaime has built her vibrant brand headquarters in Baton Rouge ("HQOS" on Perkins Road), where her passion, personality, and bold aesthetic come alive in every detail
