The Project
New construction of IronTribe Fitness’ second Baton Rouge location—a modern metal building designed to fuel a booming fitness community.
Iron Tribe's Perkins Road location is a space designed to fuel community, growth, and life-changing impact.

Modern design and an open-floor concept greet members ready to embark on a one-of-a-kind fitness journey.
A Relationship-First Approach
From the start, Hayden knew working with Grand Construction was the right fit. The team’s commitment to collaboration, care, and process matched Iron Tribe’s own focus on people, not just outcomes. Hayden recalls daily conversations with Taylor, where every question was answered with patience and care.

On Time, On Mission
From small finishing touches going above and beyond the original scope, Grand consistently met and exceeded expectations. We delivered Iron Tribe’s new Perkins Road location right on schedule. The project created a space where nearly 500 members experience the life-changing impact of fitness in community.

Their bold building faces Perkins Road, a great central location for Baton Rouge residents.

Client Story
Fitness with a Greater Purpose
Iron Tribe Fitness Baton Rouge began with Hayden Clark’s passion for serving people through fitness and a belief that “the bottom line is lives changed.” From his first coaching role in New Orleans to opening a thriving Baton Rouge location with his father, Hayden built a community focused on health, transformation, and care. With their growth, Iron Tribe partnered with Grand Construction to create their second Baton Rouge location on Perkins Road—a space that reflects their mission and values while expanding their reach to nearly 500 members.

Client Testimonials
"Taylor and the Grand team went above and beyond—even beyond their scope of work. Every detail was handled with care, and it made the whole process something I actually enjoyed."
